ANALISIS HUKUM SENGKETA PERJANJIAN WARALABA DI INDONESIA: KASUS PT MYSALON INTERNATIONAL DENGAN RATNASARI LUKITANINGRUM

Abstract

Improvement in the quality of human resources over the past few years has brought Indonesian people to better understand the business system. One of the problems often faced in the business practice of Indonesia is disputes relating to the franchise agreement. The Supreme Court Decision Number 1064 K/Pdt/2020 is the case analyzed in this study, which tries to depict how the Supreme Court handled a dispute over a franchise agreement between PT MYSalon International and Ratnasari Lukitaningrum. The regulations that govern the definition of default, so that people can use it as a basis for making agreements.
