ANALISIS PERJANJIAN KONTRAK DISTRIBUSI PT MARS SYMBIOSCIENCE TERHADAP PT SMAK SNAK

Abstract

This research journal aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the implementation of the partnership or distribution agreement between PT Mars Symbioscience and PT Smak Snak. The research method used in this research journal is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach to gain a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics that occur in the partnership relationship. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the partnership or distribution cooperation agreement between PT Mars Symbioscience and PT Smak Snak did not run smoothly and faced several problems. One of the main problems found was the party termination of the contract carried out by PT Mars Symbioscience. The termination of this contract caused feelings of disappointment and dissatisfaction for PT Smak Snak, as the distributor, who felt disadvantaged by this action. As a result of the unilateral termination of the contract, PT Smak Snak, with deep disappointment, was forced to file a lawsuit against PT Mars Symbioscience. This legal process took place in several stages, until it finally resulted in a burdensome obligation for PT Mars Symbioscience to pay compensation to PT Smak Snak. In the research journal, this incident illustrates the importance of thoroughness, clarity and trust in partnership agreements or distribution contracts as well as the legal impacts that may arise from breach of contract if it is not implemented and carried out professionally.
