IMPLEMENTASI NILAI-NILAI PANCASILA DALAM PENANGANAN TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI

Abstract

Corruption is an unlawful act that aims to enrich oneself or others that results in losses to the state. Corruption is one of the main problems in achieving the goals of the Indonesian nation. The implementation of Pancasila values is a solution in handling corruption cases in Indonesian, this is obvious if we take a look at the position of Pancasila as a guideline in the life of the Indonesian nation. The purpose of compiling this scientific article is to find out the factors that may affect the implementation of Pancasila values in handling corruption cases and to find out what steps can be taken so that Pancasila can be internalized in the implementation of public official’s duties. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection through literature studies. The results of the study shows that in handling corruption cases and internalizing Pancasila in the implementation of public official’s duties, it can be done by applying the points of Pancasila.
