PENGARUH KUALITAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP TERHADAP KINERJA PEMDA DI WILAYAH SUMATERA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of environmental quality on the performance of local governments in the Sumatra region. This type of research uses quantitative research. This study was conducted on 10 Regional Governments in the Sumatra region in the 2019-2022 period. So that the sample used was 40 research samples. The results of the study show that the Environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Regional Government in the Sumatra region. This can be seen from the results of the t-test where the t-value of the independent variable IKLH (X) is 2.426 and the sig value is 0.020 so that it can be concluded that in this study for the IKLH variable (X) with a t-value of 2.426> t table 2.024 with a Sig level. 0.020 <0.05. So that the IKLH variable (X) partially has a significant effect on Performance (Y) in 10 Provinces in the Sumatra region for the 2019-2022 period. It is recommended for further research to add research samples and other independent variables that can be used to analyze the influence on the performance of the Regional Government.
