PENGARUH KEAMANAN DAN KEPUASAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH DALAM MENGGUNAKAN MOBILE BANKING STUDI KASUS BANK BRI UNIT BARADATU, WAYKANAN

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of security and satisfaction with using mobile banking on customer loyalty at Bank BRI UNIT Baradatu, Way Kanan. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The sources of this research data include results from online surveys (questionnaires). The population of this research includes BRI Way Kanan Bank customers with age criteria of 17-25 years with a total sample of 30 people. This research uses Bergaendae Linear Regression Analysis and uses the standard research program for social sciences (SPSS) 23 and uses the variable test, reliability test, bergaendae linear regression, f test and t test, coefficient of determination.
