PENGARUH PRODUKSI KELAPA SAWIT DAN TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PT. PALM LAMPUNG PERSADA KABUPATEN WAY KANAN

Abstract

Palm oil is one of the commodities that is expected to contribute to the Indonesian economy. The development of the plantation subsector is an inseparable part of the agricultural sector and national development, the plantation subsector provides a very significant contribution to the Indonesian economy. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of oil palm production and labor on the income of PT. Palm Lampung Persada, Way Kanan Regency. The method used in the study is a quantitative method, population and used is production and sales data of PT. Palm Lampung Persada, Way Kanan Regency for 1 year, namely 2023. Data analysis used to analyze the factors that influence oil palm production and sales at PT. Palm Lampung Persada, Way Kanan Regency, namely by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that oil palm production and labor had an effect on the income of PT. Palm Lampung Persada, Way Kanan Regency.
