PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT LION SUPERINDO CABANG KEMILING KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether work discipline and work motivation influence the work productivity of employees of PT Lion Superindo, Kemiling Branch, Bandar Lampung City. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used was 58 employees of PT Lion Super Indo Kemiling Branch, Bandar Lampung City. The research results show that work discipline has a significant influence on work productivity so that H1 is accepted and work motivation has a significant influence on work productivity so that H2. Work Discipline and Work Motivation have an influence of 91.5% on the Work Productivity of employees of PT Lion Superindo, Kemiling Branch, Bandar Lampung City. Meanwhile, the remaining 8.5% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
