PENERAPAN PRINSIP KEADILAN RESTORATIVE JUSTICE DALAM MEMBERIKAN KOMPENSASI KEPADA KORBAN KEJAHATAN ANAK

Abstract

Restorative justice is a resolution process carried out outside the research method carried out through research specifications that are descriptive analytical, namely describing existing problems, a normative juridical approach method, namely by applying statutory regulations relating to existing problems, and data analysis methods carried out qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the application of restorative justice, the application of restorative justice must provide compensation to victims. The conclusion is that restorative justice has perpetrators and is active. The suggestion is that the value of compensation must have provisions that regulate it.
