This article discusses the analysis of the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) on the age of presidential and vice presidential candidates (Capres and Cawapres) in Indonesia. This research focuses on the legal aspects related to disputes over the age of presidential and vice presidential candidates in the general election process. In this study, it is analyzed how the Constitutional Court handles disputes over the age of presidential and vice presidential candidates and how the Constitutional Court's decision affects the general election process in Indonesia. The results of this study can help further understand how the Constitutional Court plays a role in ensuring fairness and transparency in the electoral process in Indonesia, as well as how the Court's decisions affect political and social dynamics in the country.
