ANALISA KEBIJAKAN ISRAEL YANG TIDAK SAH MENURUT HUKUM INTERNASIONAL

Abstract

The policies by Israel are considered to have issues in their legitimacy according to International Regulation and by part of the International community. These policies are deemed controversial and should not be supported. This issue is considered to contain various controversies in the field of international law. This research is conducted to examine these policies and the method used for the research is a qualitative research method, by conducting deeper observation and comprehensive analysis related to the raised issue. The conclusion in this research is that Israel is considered to have violated laws and norms that it should not have done, from various illegal policies such as seizing Palestinian territory, moving the capital to Jerusalem, bombing Palestine. This never-ending Palestinian-Israeli conflict certainly violates international law and is therefore in the public spotlight. So the author would like to suggest that it is appropriate to voice condemnation and stop the expansion of illegal settlements, as well as disseminate information regarding violations of international law so that the public can support law enforcement efforts.
