Abstract

The internet has become an inseparable part of the daily life of modern society. Almost everyone, regardless of age, from immature children, teenagers, to older people definitely uses the internet. Because currently the internet has the ability to connect the whole world in real time. The currently developing internet has a very bad impact on world society, such as pornography in cyberspace (cyberpornography/sex). Cyberpornography is a form of moral crime that uses the internet as the main medium to spread anything containing pornographic and sexual elements that can cross national borders. Therefore, more research is needed regarding cyberpornography as a case of transnational crime and the efforts of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to prevent this crime from occurring. The research method used is normative juridical with descriptive research. Data search using library research. Data analysis using qualitative research. The aim of making this journal is to show the world community that cyberporn is a transnational or transnational crime.
