Abstract

Human rights are rights that we have just because we exist as humans and these rights are not given by any state. these universal rights are inherent in all humans regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, culture, skin color, gender, or nationality. human rights are born even from the womb. the characteristics that exist in human rights are such as universal and inalienable, equal and non-discriminatory. the author wants to deepen what is in human rights broadly and clearly. the method used in this article uses normative juridical methods. The juridical approach is to approach the problem under study with a normative legal nature. The doctrinal legal approach is perspective in nature, namely studying legal objectives, values of justice, validity of legal rules, legal concepts and legal norms.
