KETERKAITAN HAK ASASI MANUSIA DENGAN DEMOKRASI DALAM SISTEM HUKUM DI INDONESIA

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between human rights, democracy and the Indonesian legal system. Using literature reviews, content analysis, case studies, interviews, and comparative analysis, the research aims to understand how democracy influences human rights protection. The literature review includes books, journals and legal documents, while content analysis and case studies explore the theory and practice of upholding human rights and democratic principles. Interviews with stakeholders help understand challenges and achievements in human rights-democracy relations. Comparative analysis with other countries completes the understanding. It is hoped that this research will contribute to strengthening democracy and protecting human rights in Indonesia.
