Abstract

This research can provide insight for policy makers, educational practitioners, and related parties to strengthen supervision in Islamic educational institutions in order to realize educational goals that are in accordance with Islamic values. This research investigates the integration of the concepts of academic supervision, administrative supervision and institutional supervision in an effort to improve the quality of education in educational institutions. The main focus of this research is to understand how these three supervision concepts can be integrated synergistically to achieve holistic educational goals. Involving literature analysis, case studies, and interviews, this research identifies key elements of each supervision concept and explores ways in which combining the concepts can create a comprehensive supervision framework. Research findings highlight the importance of coordination between academic supervisors and administrators, collaboration in strategic planning, and the use of evaluation data for evidence-based decision making. This research seeks to contribute to further understanding of the integration of supervision in the educational context and provide practical guidance for educational institutions wishing to develop a holistic and sustainable supervision approach. By approaching supervision from this perspective, it is hoped that we can encourage positive change and improve the quality of education in educational institutions.
