A company is a symbol of the economic system, labor or workers are one of the main production factors for a company, so that workers or workers are one of the main production factors in a company. In a company there is the term industrial relations, namely a system of relationships formed between actors in the production of goods or services, therefore Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment really pays attention to workers, because with this law it can protect both the rights of workers and the rights of the owners of a company, for example the Damri Public Company. The Damri Public Company said it had committed several violations against hundreds of its employees, such as not providing salaries for employees who had worked for months or even a year, and also forcing employment terminations (PHK), and not promising updates to its employees. The aim of this research is to share knowledge as well as provide solutions regarding matters relating to the rights of Damri Public Company employees. The research method used is a normative legal research method or can be said to be a data collection method. The results and conclusions of the research I conducted on "Fulfillment of Workers' Rights at Damri Public Company Referring to Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment" is that it is suspected that Damri Public Company committed violations against its employees in the form of not paying them salaries, forced termination of employment (PHK). ), and does not speed up the completion. So that this transformation can be completed through Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment.
