This research is entitled protection of teenagers, in writing this the researcher used normative juridical methods. As is known, child protection in Indonesia still receives some criticism from the public, because in reality there are still many children's rights that are violated and ignored. This is known because in reality, up to now, children are often still victims of various forms of crime and are often the ones who easily fall into promiscuity which can result in an increase in the condition of early marriage in Indonesia. On this basis, the author wants to explain the formulation of the problem as follows. First, regarding the factors that cause promiscuity among teenagers. Second, regarding the impacts experienced if a minor gets married early and solutions to prevent promiscuity and reduce the high rate of early marriage. The results obtained are: factors that cause such as economic factors, local culture or customs, lack of insight/education, lifestyle, environment, technology. As with the case of increasing early marriage, it can be resolved in several ways, such as: First, the government considers it necessary to increase the minimum age for marriage, as this age is based on the mature age both in terms of education, emotions and mindset. Second, provide education, especially regarding the dangers of promiscuity and what negative impacts teenagers can receive if they continue to have free sex, use drugs, smoke and so on.
