ANALISIS HUKUM MENGENAI PELANGGARAN HAK BURUH DI PT HYPPE TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA

Abstract

Indonesia faces a number of challenges in terms of labor rights violations, although it has made efforts to improve the protection of labor rights through labor laws and regulations. PT Hyppe Teknologi Indonesia is an IT company based on developing social media applications under the Hyppe brand. The development of layoffs in Indonesia is an important concern because it can affect workers' welfare and labor market stability. The government and related parties continue to work together to create a fairer and safer working environment for workers. Thus, this research aims to explain the legal analysis regarding violations of labor rights at PT Hyppe Teknologi Indonesia. The type of research method used by the author in writing this article or journal is normative legal research methods. The results of this research are that layoffs that occur at PT Hyppe Teknologi Indonesia layoffs can create financial uncertainty. Workers may worry about how they will pay bills, buy food, or meet their daily needs. Most workers have rights related to their work, such as the right to leave, benefits and insurance. Layoffs can mean losing these rights. The suggestion that can be taken is that looking for a new job might be a priority. Make a list of skills and start looking for suitable job opportunities. You may need to consider temporary work or freelance work while you wait for permanent employment. Apart from that, it also improves skills and education so that it can help increase opportunities to find new work. Consider taking training or courses that are relevant to your field of work.
