PERANAN FILSAFAT HUKUM DALAM PERKEMBAGAN ILMU HUKUM DI INDONESIA

Abstract

Legal philosophy in Indonesia is one of the contributors to legal science from the many types of legal science known to figures, teachers and students who deepen their knowledge in the field of law. Legal philosophy also has a very large role in the development of legal science in Indonesia. Legal science in Indonesia teaches us a lot about knowledge related to legal material. Legal science also has a very broad scope, where legal knowledge can be obtained by learning how legal philosophy views in studying legal science, because in legal philosophy we study many things, such as interaction between humans, studying aspects of life regarding law. in Indonesia, why these laws exist, and also how these laws were born or created, and why all people must comply with the laws regulated in their respective countries, one example is that people in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia must and also is obliged to obey the laws that have been regulated or written in the country of Indonesia, so that a person is said to be bound by the law where the law can regulate him so that he does not act arbitrarily and must obey the rules and regulations that exist in that country. Therefore, legal philosophy has a very important role in the development of legal science in Indonesia. The research method used in writing this article is a normative legal research method, namely using several written references so that its authenticity can be guaranteed.
