Abstract

In an era that continues to change rapidly, student management has an important role in creating an effective learning environment and supporting the development of students' potential. Therefore, in this paper, we will explore the basic concepts of student management, student data recording, student transfers and promotions, as well as special services provided to them. This research uses qualitative methods with sources taken from journals and previous research. Student Management is an important foundation in achieving educational goals. This section discusses the basic concepts, which involve planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating all aspects of education. In this context, recording student data plays an important role. Student data is the basis for decision making, including identifying individual needs, effective curriculum planning, and evaluating educational programs. The data recording process involves collecting data from various sources, secure storage, data analysis, and use of data in decision making.
