SISTEM BISNIS WARALABA DALAM PERSPKETIF HUKUM ISLAM

Abstract

According to Islam, business is an activity taught by the Prophet as one of the options to receive maximum income. One's motive for carrying out a business activity is of course to seek profit. Today's franchise business opens up many business opportunities and is considered to be able to improve people's welfare. This system is in great demand because it is considered more practical and does not need to spend too much capital. This is because the franchise already has a regular concept. Even though the presence of a franchise business that is increasingly mushrooming has an impact on small businesses that are just starting out. But actually the competition that occurs is healthy competition. The franchise business system according to Islamic law is justified, as long as it does not violate existing Islamic religious principles and values, and fulfills the terms of the agreement that has been agreed upon. The Prophet Muhammad, as we know, also did this by selling merchandise belonging to Sayyidah Khodijah (who later became his wife). Then the Prophet Muhammad got a profit for what he sold.
