TRADISI PASARAN KITAB TAFSIR MUNIR (KAJIAN LIVING QURAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN RIYADLUSSALAM SALOPA TASIKMALAYA)

Abstract

This research discusses about the social phenomenon of living qur’an Pasaran Munir’s Tafsir Book Tradition is a program implemented in various areas, one of wich is in Riyadlussalam Islamic Boarding School, Salopa, Tasikmalaya Regency. which has been going on for two years. The purpose of this study is to find out the background, process and objectives of the market tradition of Munir's Tafsir book. By using descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used was observation and interviews with the founder and leader of the Riyadlussalam Islamic Boarding School, the teachers, and 7 students who followed the tradition of selling the Munir Tafsir book or 10% of the 70 students who followed the tradition of selling the Munir Tafsir book. The results of this study indicate that the background to the market tradition of Tafsir Munir's book was the mandate from KH Ahmad Muksin Kamuliaan as the head teacher of the Riyadlussalam Islamic Boarding School, KH Syaripuddin to conduct recitation of Munir's Tafsir book, by using the bandongan method, namely translating the yellow book literally, finally the recitation of Munir's Tafsir book is held in the form of training or a market so that the study of Munir's Tafsir book can be carried out well in a relatively short time, it can also hone students' skills in reading, writing, and translating the book yellow especially the book of Tafsir Munir, and adds to the understanding of the Arabic language vocabulary and the translation of the Koran. For the last time this market was held for 80 days, namely on 1 Rajab – 21 Ramadhan 1443 H or on 2 February - 22 April 2022 M. can also hone students' skills in reading, writing, and translating the yellow book, especially Munir's Tafsir, and increase their understanding of Arabic vocabulary and translation of the Koran.
