PENYELESAIAN KONFLIK ANTARA KOPERASI NENEK ENO SENAMA NENEK (KNES) DENGAN MASYARAKAT ADAT PEMILIK KEBUN KELAPA SAWIT DI DESA SENAMA NENEK KECAMATAN TAPUNG HULU KABUPATEN KAMPAR

Abstract

The Nenek Eno Senama Nenek Cooperative (KNES) is a cooperative that manages indigenous peoples' oil palm plantations in Senama Nenek village. However, the results of management received by indigenous peoples are ineffective, causing harm to the indigenous peoples who own the oil palm plantations. The purpose of this research is to determine what is causing the conflict between the Nenek Eno Senama Cooperative (KNES) and what efforts have been made to resolve the conflict. This is sociological juridical research with populations such as Ninik Mamak of Senama Nenek Village, the Management of the Nenek Eno Senama Nenek Cooperative (KNES), and the Chair of the Senama Nenek Cooperative (KNES). The findings of this study, the authors conclude that there is no transparency regarding the remaining business results (SHU) received by the indigenous peoples who own the oil palm plantations managed by the Nenek Eno Senama Nenek Cooperative (KNES). Attempts to resolve the conflict have been made through negotiation and deliberation for consensus, but to no avail. The Kampar District Police then stopped the final effort, which was litigation, because it was not a criminal case. So far, no agreement has been reached between The Nenek Eno Senama Nenek Cooperative (KNES) and the owners of oil palm plantations in Senama Nenek Village, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency.
