Early Adolescence is an important developmental stage in the formation of self-esteem and self-confidence. With various backgrounds, many adolescents face psychological challenges, including low self-esteem and self-confidence caused by social environments, family factors, and lack of emotional support. Based on the results of observations, interviews, and pre-tests conducted at RPTRA X, it was found that several adolescents showed low levels of self-confidence in interacting and expressing themselves within social environments. Therefore, this humanitarian project aimed to improve self-esteem and self-confidence among early adolescents through psychoeducational approaches and interactive activities that encourage self-confidence and self-expression. The methods used in this program included observation pre-test and post-test based on Rosenberg’s theory, as well as the implementation of psychoeducational materials regarding self-esteem and self-confidence, interactive discussions, group games, and simple presentation activities. The program was conducted for approximately three months with regular weekly visits. The results of the program showed positive changes among the adolescents, such as increased confidence in speaking, expressing opinions, and interacting with peers. The adolescent participants also appeared more active, confident, and enthusiastic throughout the activities. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the psychoeducational program and interactive activities were able to help improve self-esteem and self-confidence among early adolescents at RPTRA. This activity is expected to become a positive form of intervention in supporting adolescents’ psychological and social development.
