SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN MOBIL BEKAS MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW)

Purchasing a used car is a complex decision because it involves various criteria such as price, year of manufacture, vehicle condition, mileage, and fuel consumption. The large number of used car alternatives makes it difficult for consumers to determine the best choice. This study aims to implement a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assist the used car selection process. The SAW method is used to normalize and rank alternatives based on predetermined criteria weights. The results show that the 2019 Suzuki Ertiga alternative received the highest preference score of 0.94, thus being recommended as the best choice. The proposed system is capable of supporting objective and systematic decision-making.
