The use of digital learning media such as the Wordwall application can be used to increase learning interest, particularly to address the lack of reading interest in Indonesian language learning. Wordwall is a digital platform that allows teachers to create various game-based learning activities, such as quizzes, crosswords, word matching, and others, which can be easily accessed via computers or smartphones. This study aims to describe the perceptions of eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Semarang regarding the impact, user experience, obstacles, and recommendations related to the use of Wordwall. Using a descriptive quantitative approach and questionnaire method, this study sampled 96 students. The results indicate that the overall student perception of the use of Wordwall is very good, with 92% of students reporting good or very good ratings. Eighty-five percent of students perceived a positive impact, and 80% of students did not experience significant obstacles. Even obstacles such as unstable internet access can be overcome through group solutions. Therefore, 80% of students recommended the continued use of Wordwall in their learning.
