The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the fields of dermatology, venereology, and aesthetic medicine has opened new frontiers in clinical accuracy, efficiency, and patient-centered care. AI-based tools such as deep learning algorithms and image recognition systems have demonstrated remarkable performance in diagnosing various dermatological conditions, from melanoma to acne, with diagnostic accuracy comparable to that of experienced dermatologists. In venereology, AI enhances early detection and epidemiological monitoring of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) through data-driven predictive models. Moreover, in aesthetic medicine, AI facilitates personalized treatment planning and outcome simulation, contributing to improved patient satisfaction. Despite these advantages, challenges remain, particularly regarding data bias, algorithm validation, privacy concerns, and ethical standards. This paper explores the current state, applications, benefits, and limitations of AI in these medical fields, highlighting its transformative potential and the importance of collaborative, ethical, and inclusive implementation strategies. The study underscores that, when applied responsibly, AI can serve not only as a powerful diagnostic assistant but also as a proactive agent in preventive and aesthetic health care.
