Constitutional Law plays a crucial role in Indonesia’s legal system, particularly in safeguarding and ensuring the protection of Human Rights. The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, along with other statutory regulations, provides a strong legal foundation for the protection of human rights. This article aims to examine the role of Constitutional Law in guaranteeing human rights in Indonesia and to explore the challenges encountered in its implementation.
