ANALISA URGENSI DIGITALISASI DAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN BAGI UMKM

Abstract

Financial reports are information systems that produce reports to interested parties regarding the economic activities and conditions of the company. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as the mainstay of the nation's economy, many have not implemented financial reports in running their businesses. This paper aims to determine the application of financial reports in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the obstacles faced in them. The results of the study are (i) Digitalization of MSME Finance is a necessity and must receive support from all stakeholders in order to maintain the stability of the Indonesian economy where MSMEs are the majority of national economic actors; (ii) the existence of financial reports by MSMEs is important in interacting with banks and partners and supporting effective decision-making for the development of MSME businesses. The implications of this study are to provide information and references to both practitioners and academics as well as stakeholders who care about the development of MSME digitalization and the importance of preparing reports in developing their businesses for MSMEs
