PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP PELAKU TINDAKAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN SECARA SEPIHAK

Abstract

The enforcement of law regarding victims affected by unilateral decisions often becomes problematic, as not all parties feel they are benefitted or treated fairly. Decisions made without considering the input or consent of other parties can cause harm, both directly and indirectly. This paper discusses how existing laws can protect victims from such decisions, including through civil, criminal, or administrative law. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure that decision-making processes are conducted fairly and transparently so that the rights of all parties are guaranteed. Based on the discussion, it has been found that existing legal regulations need to be strengthened and effectively implemented to provide better protection for victims. This paper also suggests that society should enhance its understanding of rights and that the government should pay more attention to oversight in decision-making processes.
