Psychological Well - Being is characterized by an individual's ability to resolve challenges and feel satisfaction in their lives. According to Carol Ryff, Psychological Well Being is the full realization and achievement of an individual's potential, where the individual can accept all his/her strengths and weaknesses, is independent, able to build positive relationships with other people, can control the environment so that it suits his/her psychological condition, and has a purpose in life as well as room for growth and improvement. Stress and pressures from daily life routines can prevent individuals from achieving an optimal level of psychological well-being. Therefore, interventions are needed to help individuals overcome the pressures of life and as a means of achieving an optimal level of psychological well-being. Yoga is a type of exercise that has a history of improving an individual's physical and psychological health. Therefore, this study aims to illustrate the psychological well-being of individuals who work as yoga teachers. The research utilized a qualitative method involving structured observations and interviews with three yoga teacher subjects. The findings indicate that yoga teachers reflect the six dimensions of psychological well-being according to Carol Ryff, including environmental mastery, autonomy, personal growth, positive relations with others, purpose in life, and self-acceptance. The yoga teachers demonstrated effective routine management, independence in teaching, continuous self-improvement, positive relationships, and strong selfacceptance. Yoga has proven to be an effective intervention to enhance psychological well-being, highlighting the importance of routine yoga practice within the community.
