PELAKSANAAN TANGGUNG JAWAB HOTEL MARCOPOLO (PT. KUALA ANDALAS) TERHADAP PEMENUHAN GAJI POKOK DAN TUNJANGAN HARI RAYA KARYAWAN (Studi Putusan Nomor 3/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2023/PN.Tjk)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the judge's considerations and find out the legal certainty that arises in handing down decisions regarding the implementation of the responsibilities of the Marcopolo Hotel (PT. Kuala Andalas) towards fulfilling employee basic salaries and holiday allowances based on decision number 3/pdt.sus-phi/ 2023/pn.tjk. Based on the analysis of the court case between Deny Eko Wahyudi (Plaintiff) and Marcopolo Hotel (PT Kualas Andalas) represented by Rosalinda Rambe (Defendant), the judge's decision granted the plaintiff's lawsuit in part and the legal certainty that emerged was that the Plaintiff obtained certain rights, including compensation and separation pay, as a result of the end of the employment relationship.
