TINJAUAN KRIMINOLOGIS KASUS PENCURIAN OLEH ANAK DI TANJUNG UNGGAT KECAMATAN BUKIT BESTARI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

Abstract

Theft is an act committed by a person or group of people who want to control an item by force. Theft is a criminal act against the law. Theft cases are often a problem among the community, because they make people anxious about their belongings that are often lost. Theft in the Tanjung Unggat area of Bukit Bestari District has often occurred and the perpetrators are adults but most are minors. The perpetrators not only steal in the Tanjung Unggat area but also often steal in other areas. As a result of this case there are often disputes between communities, the victim is also often judged by the community, causing chaos. Economic factors are often the cause of many theft cases. So from that problem the author examines this case so that the community does not take the law into their own hands and solve problems legally or in a family manner, then the community is more careful and always aware that there are people around by increasing security in the area and the role of the local police in cases of theft in Tanjung Unggat Village, so that people feel safe and comfortable.
