Abstract

The purpose of this thesis research is to determine and analyze the form of pharmacist negligence in pharmaceutical practice and responsibility due to pharmacist negligence in pharmaceutical practice at Pharmaceutical Wholesalers. The type of research that the author uses is normative legal research, namely analyzing laws related to problems through a legal approach. The results of the study First, in pharmaceutical practice the form of pharmacist negligence occurs due to lack of supervision, lack of knowledge, lack of skills, lack of accuracy, not complying with procedures, and lack of concern for the community. Second, negligence in pharmaceutical practice at Pharmaceutical Wholesalers (PBF) can take the form of violations of ethics, discipline, and law. So that the basis of accountability for the actions taken includes ethical, disciplined, and legal responsibility.
