Abstract

Contract marriages have become a controversial topic in the field of civil law and social norms. This study uses a normative juridical approach to explore and analyze contract marriages in the context of civil law and applicable norms. Secondary legal data is used as a source of data, including books, documents, and existing research results. Through this research, an in-depth understanding of the definition, regulations, and implications of contract marriages is obtained from the perspective of law and social norms. Conclusions and recommendations are presented based on the results of the analysis to enrich understanding and discussion regarding contract marriages.
