Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal consequences of marriage rights regulated by prenuptial agreements. A prenuptial agreement is a contract made between prospective spouses before marriage, which regulates property, debt, income, and other rights related to marriage. In this study, a literature review was carried out to investigate previous research that had been conducted in this context. The main findings from this literature review include the legal consequences of prenuptial agreements on marital rights such as property rights, inheritance, financial support, and child custody. The literature review research method is used to analyze this. The results of this research can provide a better understanding of the legal consequences of prenuptial agreements on marital rights, which can be useful for individuals, legal practitioners and academics interested in this field.
