Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, leadership style and work discipline on employee performance intervening with work motivation at the Dharmasraya Regency One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service. The sample in this study was taken using the total sampling method (census) where the number of samples used was 70 people. The analytical method used is Structral Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). To test the hypothesis, the Path Coefficient is used, which is a test carried out to see the direct effect and indirect effect. The results of this research show that: 1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of the Dharmasraya Regency One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service. 2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of the Dharmasraya Regency One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of the Dharmasraya Regency One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service. 4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Dharmasraya Regency One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service. 5) Leadership style has no effect on the performance of employees of the Dharmasraya Regency One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service. 6) Work discipline has no effect on the performance of employees of the Dharmasraya Regency One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service. 7) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Dharmasraya Regency One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service. 8) Work motivation not mediates the effect of the work environment on the performance of employees of the Dharmasraya Regency One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service. 9) Work motivation mediates the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of the Dharmasraya Regency One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service. 10) Work motivation mediates the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of the Dharmasraya Regency One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service.
