Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust on employee performance which is moderated by job satisfaction at the Pesisir Selatan District Health Service. The sample method in the research used the total sampling method (census) where the number of samples used was 83 people. The analytical method used is Structral Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). To test the hypothesis, the Path Coefficient is used, which is a test carried out to see the direct and indirect effects. The results of this research show that: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Pesisir Selatan District Health Service employees. 2) Trust has no effect on job satisfaction of Pesisir Selatan District Health Service employees. 3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the employees performance of Pesisir Selatan District Health Service. 4) Trust has a positive and significant effect on the employees performance of Pesisir Selatan District Health Service. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the employees performance of Pesisir Selatan District Health Service. 6) service quality has a significant effect on employee performance which is moderated by job satisfaction of Pesisir Selatan District Health Service. 7) trust has no effect on employee performance which is moderated by job satisfaction of Pesisir Selatan District Health Service employees
