Abstract

The aim of this research is to test whether Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Experience have an effect on Employee Work Productivity. The population and sample used in the research were all KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita employees, totaling 50 employees using the saturated sample method (census). The data collection method uses questionnaires. The research method used was validity, reliability, classical assumptions (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests), multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination R2.The data processing technique in this research uses the SPSS Statistics application version 23. The results of this research show that the three variables Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Experience have a positive and significant influence on Employee Work Productivity for KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita cooperative employees.
