Abstract

The decline in the performance of employees in an organization becomes its own challenge for Human Resource management, this background underlies research to further examine how employee performance can be improved in an organization. The type of research used is quantitative or causal research. The purpose of this study was to determine between direct influence and indirect influence on causal interaction between Intrinsic Reward (IR), Employee Training (PK), Motivation (M), and Employee Performance (KK). By using purposive sampling techniques distributed through questionnaires to 180 employees working at PT. Pigeons of the universe. Primary data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) research method. The results of this study show that the perceived Intrinsic Reward variable has the greatest direct influence on motivation. Then, Employee Training has the most indirect influence on Motivation. This research contributes to companies focusing more on employee training and motivation. The results of this study suggest to subsequent researchers to expand the research area, prolonging the durasai of the study.
