STRATEGI MENGATASI KESULITAN BACA AL-QUR’AN DENGAN METODE YANBU’A DI MTS NURUS SALAM SUMBERKEMUNING – BONDOWOSO

Abstract

The ability to read the Qur’an is one of the competencies that every muslim must possess. However, many students still face difficulties in reading the Qur’an, including issues related to pronunciation (makhorj), tajwid, and fluency. This research aims to investigate the strategies for overcoming Qur’anic reading difficulties using the Yanbu’a method at MTs Nurus Salam Sumberkemuning Bondowoso, as well as the application of the Yanbu’a method in Qur’anic education at MTs Nurus Salam Sumberkemuning Bondowoso. This study employs a qualitative research method, specifically a case study design. The research findings demonstrate that the strategies applied to addres Qur’anic reading difficulties with the Yanbu’a method at MTs Nurus Salam Sumberkemuning Bondowoso have proven to be effective, with successful outcomes including the ability to correctly and effectively articulate letters (Makhorijul hurf), the proper positioning of the mouth when articulating letters, the mastery of sound reading techniques in line with tajwid principles, the echancement of Qur’anic reading quality in accordance with the Yanbu’a method, increased self-confidence, and a strengthened motivation to learn to read the Qur’an.
