Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of job satisfaction, workload, and organizational commitment on turnover intention which is mediated by emotional exhaustion in PT employees. XYZ in Bekasi. A Google Forms online survey of PT XYZ employees was used to collect data for this research. There are 137 populations who will be respondents and this research uses a correlational quantitative approach and is processed using the PLS version 4 program. The research results prove that job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on turnover intention. Other results prove that workload has no significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has no significant effect on turnover intention, emotional exhaustion has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention which is mediated by emotional exhaustion, workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention which is mediated by emotional exhaustion, organizational commitment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention which is mediated by emotional exhaustion. Theoretically, the implication of this research is to provide benefits in the form of knowledge to academics, practitioners and regulators, while managerially, management needs to encourage open communication between employees and management so that employees can communicate the problems faced in the company more comfortably.
