PENGUKURAN KUALITAS SISTEM INFORMASI ABSEN ONLINE DENGAN MODEL DELONE MCLEAN (Studi Kasus pada Aplikasi Absen Online Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan)

Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the influence of measuring the quality of the online absence information system is with the Delone McLean model. This research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary) which was distributed to employees at the South Coast District Health Office using a purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this research was 50 respondents. The results of this research state that user convenience has an effect on people's satisfaction, system quality has no effect on user satisfaction, service quality has no effect on user satisfaction, user satisfaction has an effect on benefits.
