FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MENJADI PERTIMBANGAN PENENTUAN HONOR PENGAJAR PADA LEMBAGA BIMBINGAN BELAJAR

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that are considered by tutoring institutions in providing honorariums as compensation for the performance that has been given by tutors to their students. In this research, it is hoped that tutoring teachers will be motivated by the considerations taken by the institution in providing compensation according to their performance in order to improve their performance for the better. This research was conducted at the Neutron Yogyakarta Tutoring Institute using the data collection method using direct interviews by asking several questions to the Head of the Education Section as the person in charge in terms of Education at the Neutron Tutoring Institute Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that the awarding of honorariums to teachers takes into account several factors, namely in terms of education, professionalism, loyalty, working hours and several fixed and non-fixed components which are taken into consideration.
