PENGARUH STRES KERJA, KEPUASAN KERJA, DAN PERILAKU KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT PAN BROTHERS

Abstract

This study aims to analyze job stress, job satisfaction, and work behavior on the performance of employees of PT Pan Brothers Sragen. This research is a type of quantitative research using a sampling technique in the form of non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method bydistributing questionnaires to PT Pan Brothers employees who have met the requirements and the number of respondents as a sample in this study were 60 respondents. Source of data used in this research is primary data.The measurement scale used is SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that work stress has no significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, and work behavior has a significant effect on employee performance.
