ANALISIS SWOT TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN ARSIP DINAMIS DI BPJS KETENAGAKERJAANCABANG BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract

The BPJS Employment Branch Office of Bandar Lampung has not yet fully managed archives optimally, which is caused by several factors, namely, lack of coordination between related fields, less structured archive management procedures, inadequate facilities & infrastructure. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research. Data obtained using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that searching for dynamic archives still takes a long time because it still uses a manual system. The use of archive storage based on digitization makes it easier to find archives. Archives will be more organized and organized if equipped with good suggestions and infrastructure
