HUBUNGAN ANTARA MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KINERJA PADA ANGGOTA BINTARA REMAJA SAMAPTA DI POLRES OKU SELATAN

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in the young NCO Samapta can be seen when carrying out the work given there is still no initiative to find a way out when facing problems in carrying out administrative tasks, there are still members who like to lie when they don't come to work when carrying out the handover ceremony at guard. Based on the background and phenomena above, the researcher is interested in conducting research with the title The Relationship between Work Motivation and Performance in Members of the Samapta Youth Non-Commissioned Officer at the OKU Selatan Police. The population taken by the researchers was Samapta's youth non-commissioned officer at the Oku Selatan Police, totaling 140 people. From this population, there is a technique used by researchers to take research samples selected by adapting from the tables of Isaac and Michael based on an error rate of 5%, so it was found that the research sample totaled 100 young Bintara Samapta Polres Oku Selatan. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection method is a method used by researchers to obtain data. The data collection method used in this research is the scale method. Based on the results obtained from the data analysis and discussion, the researchers drew the conclusion that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and performance in Samapta Youth Officers at the Oku Selatan Police. This explanation indicates that the higher the work motivation of the Oku Selatan Police Samapta Youth Officer, the higher the performance results and vice versa the lower the work motivation of the Oku Selatan Police Samapta Youth Officer, the lower the resulting performance.
