Abstract

Digitalization has been implemented in the shipbuilding industry, including at PT.PAL Indonesia, a world-class ship construction company in the maritime and energysectors. Through the implementation of the Maritime Industry 4.0 (IM4) system, whichadopts technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), BigData, and Dashboard Monitoring, the company aims to enhance supply chainefficiency. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital inventorymanagement in supporting operational performance and supply chain integration. The research method involves collecting primary data through interviews andquestionnaires, as well as secondary data from relevant documents. Data wereanalyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that supply chainperformance is influenced by three main factors: IM4 digitalization (9.73%),inventory data management (2.12%), and human resource performance (1.15%). IM4digitalization provides the greatest contribution through real-time data integration, automation, and IT-based management systems, which improve efficiency andflexibility. Although the contributions of inventory data management and humanresource performance are smaller, they still play crucial roles in supporting decisionaccuracy and adaptability to digital transformation. These findings underscore theimportance of digitalization in strengthening the integration and performance of thecompany's supply chain.
