This study aims to measure the direction and magnitude of the influence of unemployment, the Human Development Index, poverty, level of education on income levels in Central Java Province. The method used is the Quantitative method with the Common Effects Model (CEM), Fixed Effects Model (FEM), and Random Effects Model (REM) approaches. The data used is panel data for the 2019-2020 period obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The variables used are Regional Original Income (PAD), Open Unemployment Rate (TPT), Human Development Index (IPM), Poverty (KEM), Education Level (TP). The results of this study indicate that the open unemployment rate has no effect on regional original income in Central Java. The Human Development Index has a negative effect on regional original income in Central Java in. Poverty was found to have a positive effect on regional original income in Central Java. The level of education has a positive effect on regional original income in Central Java Province.
