Abstract

In this era of globalization, competition in the business world is increasingly tight and dynamic. To remain relevant and successful, companies are required to continue to innovate and adapt to various developing market demands. One approach that is increasingly popular is the implementation of halal supply chain management strategies. The aim of this research is to explain and conduct a systematic review of Improving Company Performance Through the Implementation of Halal Supply Chain Management Strategies. The research method uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Based on a literature review conducted on 10 articles, implementing halal practices in the supply chain can have a significant impact on company performance and growth. Implementing a halal supply chain management strategy helps ensure that the entire production, processing and distribution process of products complies with halal principles in accordance with Islamic teachings. Implementing halal supply chain management can also help increase company operational efficiency by optimizing production processes, inventory and product distribution.
