Abstract

The current development of information and communication technology has created website technology, an effective information medium that is connected to the internet network so that it can be accessed at any time. Not wanting to be left behind, government organizations are now utilizing this technology as one of their services in providing information to the public. With the existence of e-government it is hoped that there will be closer relations between government organizations, businesses and citizens. However, the information contained on the website should have good quality value so that the information conveyed can be useful. This study aims to determine the use of e-government in the city of Bandung in terms of transparency and information accountability aspects using a literature study with a descriptive method. The results of the study show that e-government in the city of Bandung has provided transparent and accountable information, but only needs a little improvement.
